Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Charlotte Pereira has a deep admiration for the beauty of nature. She understands the important relationship between the home and its property.

Charlotte graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Her gift for teaching developed as a foreign language teacher in Maryland and she has homeschooled her two children. Charlotte, her husband and children, have a Christian ministry expressed in music, dance, and art.

Having lived abroad in Europe and South America, Charlotte has a desire to assist overseas families who are moving to our area and she utilizes her foreign language skills and cultural awareness to complement her service as a real estate agent.
